Missile complex R-360 “Neptune” is designed to destroy warships of cruiser, destroyer, frigate, corvette, landing, tank landing classes and vehicles, which operate both independently and as part of ship groups and landing detachments and coastal radio-contrast is able to target in simple and complex meteorological conditions at anytime of the day and year, with active fire and electronic counter measures of the enemy.

Designed to accommodate the specialized equipment of the complex, as well as maintenance personnel.
The car is equipped with modern anti-mine seats for the crew and landing personnel in the amount of 10 units, meet the 2nd level of mine protection according to STANAG 4569 and corresponds to the requirements of MIL-STD -1472G, equipped with an explosion-absorbing system, 5-point safety belts with removable headrests.
