The massive missile attacks on Ukraine on 29 December, 2 and 8 January indicate a change in the enemy’s strategy. We have to state that the aggressor has switched from striking energy infrastructure facilities to military-industrial complex facilities. This was stated by Vladyslav Belbas, CEO of “Ukrainian Armour”, on Channel 5.
According to him, Ukraine has to take immediate counteractions and stregthen the protection of information about producers.
«NAUDI is now working to provide that as little information as possible appears free in public. The aggressor has switched from striking energy infrastructure facilities to military-industrial complex facilitites. It is of high importance and indicates the change of the strategy. Counteractions must be taken, certain events must be held. And we have to minimize information about producers, their locations, purchases etc. It must become the information with restricted access”, – he stressed.
Furthermore, Vladyslav Belbas has paid attention to the till current moment not regulated issue of staff for the enterprises of military-industrial complex. In his opinion, the work in such companies can be considered as equal to military service.
«People working for defence enterprises do not take less risk. The process of mobilisation is becoming more and more active, there are problems with reserving employees for defence production. At the same time there is no understanding regarding terms of demobilisation as well as the period when a person can come back to the production. This situation needs to be regulated», – he said with certainty.
The CEO of «Ukrainian Armour» stated that now the company is trying to involve in the work everyone who is available on the labour market.
«We invite everyone who wants and is able to work, everyone who has corresponding knowledge. Also within the association the works with higher education institutions is being held to provide scholarships to students from the association and involve them to the military-industrial complex. We must win not by the number of victims, but by technology”.
