On December 20, the first stage of the national tests of armored vehicles was completed. The star of the second day of the demonstration of new and modernized models of automotive and armored vehicles was Specialized Armored Vehicle “NOVATOR” produced by LLC “Ukrainian Armor”.

“Novator” has passed all track obstacles very confidently and on the first attempts: sandy field with a sand depth of 1 m; side slope with a transverse slope of 20°; ford with depth 0.8 m; vertical wall with height of 0.4 m; hill with slope of 12%, 20% and 60% (31°); and also railway embankment with fragment of railway track and common base height of the embankment to the top of rails of 0.9 m

On the morning of 21 December, with the assistance of the military police, a convoy of trial vehicles – Special Armored Vehicles “NOVATOR” and “VARTA” from “Ukrainian Armor,” The Combat Armored Vehicle “Dozor-B” of Kharkiv design Bureau for mechanical engineering. of A. A. Morozov and The Modernized Ukrainian-Polish Armored Vehicle Oncilla from LLC “Scientific and production company “VK Systems” will make a forced march to the Zhytomyr Training Area at a distance of 520 km.

The second stage of the demonstration of new and modernized models of automotive and armored vehicles for the Armed forces of Ukraine will be held from 23 to 26 December.
