The importance of feedback from soldiers

01.08.2019

Feedback from drivers, rifleman, troops and commanders who directly operate with our equipment – always in priority for us. We are only people, who are able to draw, create and produce. The real vision of the vehicle, what it should be, what functions it must perform, can be given only by the military, who use it during their military duty while protecting our country. We serve as a Secretary who is able to record and implement everything. And it does not matter who will collect this feedback, whether it is a worker, head of service department, head of production department or directly Director.
This week, director together with the head of the service department of Ukrainian Armor LLC, visited military units in the area of the United forces operation, watched our equipment during operation in real difficult conditions and received a lot of important information. In the near future we will introduce new technologies to improve our vehicles based on the received feedbacks.
Working further.
