On Saturday, July 24, the city of Lysychansk hosted festive events on the occasion of the seventh anniversary of the liberation of the city from illegal armed groups. Design and manufacturing company “Ukrainian Armor” took part in the demonstration of the latest equipment, presenting MRAP “Varta”.

As part of the event, several working meetings were held between the company’s management and the SSO Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Key issues: the use of armored vehicles during hostilities, an adaptation of equipment to the needs of units, the organization of post-warranty service “Guard” and “Novator” directly in their places of service and in the area of ​​environmental protection.

In particular, during the meeting with the Chief of Staff, First Deputy Commander of the Armed Forces, Major General Volodymyr Kydan, they discussed in detail the development of promising projects of military equipment and weapons, studied combat operations in hybrid warfare for use in the latest models and developments.

“We are carefully studying information from the military, who use our equipment every day to perform combat missions,” said Vladyslav Belbas, general director of Ukrainian Armor, who was personally present at the celebrations in Lysychansk. “Our team analyzes all, without exception, the ideas of users to improve the functional and operational characteristics of machines obtained from real combat experience.”

The staff of the Ukrainian Armor was thanked by the SSO Command for its active civil position and constant support of the defenders of Ukraine. General Director Vladyslav Belbas was awarded the 2nd degree Cossack Cross Commander’s Award, and Mykhailo Mosin, Head of Prospective Projects, was awarded the Joint Forces Commander’s For Victory and Loyalty award.
