Ukrainian Armor welcomed the delegation of the Kingdom of Morocco

Friday, December 18, Ukrainian Armor welcomed the foreign delegation. The Royal Moroccan Armed Forces representatives visited the technical base in Novi Petrivtsi to get an understanding of the products designed and produced for the needs of the national security agencies and offered to external customers.

The visit was facilitated and organized by State Enterprise “Specialized Foreign Trade Firm “PROGRESS”, the official exporter/importer of military goods and services in Ukraine.

Headed by Colonel Brahim Hammouchi, the delegates enjoyed the live presentation of in-house designed products that either have passed national testing and fielded in Ukraine or are currently being tested and fielded. Ukrainian Armor demonstrated MRAP Varta and SAV Novator, 60 mm, 82 mm, and 120 mm mortar launchers and ammunition, as well as the ZU-23 AD system.

“Thanks to the effort of the PROGRESS team, we often welcome international delegations and, therefore, have an opportunity to present our product portfolio, establish business contacts, and network, – noted Vladislav Belbas, Ukrainian Armor Director-General. – The representatives of Morocco showed interest in arms and vehicles. We continue negotiations that, hopefully, will soon escalate into a long-term cooperation.”
